Cylinder safety relief valve
Excess Flow Check Valve prevents the release of LPG in an uncontrolled manner therefore safety is ensured
Each Manifold is equipped with a pop up type thermal Safety relief valve for over pressure protection and brass non return valve to prevent back flow of LPG to hose pipe during change over
1. Solenoid valve - Liquide LPG control done by Solenoid valve at the inlet of vaporizer, it will not allow LPG till required temperature is achieved in vaporizer.
2. Safety relief valve - To control over pressure conditions
3. Low water level protection and auto refilling of water facility in case of water bath type vaporizer.
Slam Shut off valve – Valve will automatically shut off further LPG supply in case of pressure above than set pressure.
1. Safety Relief valve – Over pressure protection to the downstream line
2. Flame Arrestor
Emergency Shut off valve – In any case of emergency the LPG flow can be stopped by isolating LPG gas bank from downstream line to application point.
1. Fire Extinguisher
2. Sand Buckets
3. Fire Hydrant line
1. PESO approved flame proof gas leak detectors with or without digital display installed across bank as per bank size.
2. Analog / Digital control panel – Highly audible hooter Siren in case of gas leakage
1. Safety Training to customer operators and engineers on safe operational practices to be followed.
2. Periodic safety Workshops.
Periodic check of safety equipment (covered under AMC).
3. Yearly testing and certification from OMC officer.
